BOOM token airdrop - unexpected is this a scam

I have received an unexpected token called BOOM into my wallet. I am assuming this is a scam but am concerned about whether it has now compromised my wallet.

I am guessing all is safe and I just ignore it completey. I have 2FA set up on my wallet and also use the iPhone app for approvals so assume this is safe.

Any advice on BOOM gratefully received and also does anyone know how to "hide" this from appearing in my wallet balance summary?
